The IWC supports programs:
- that encourage the educational development of socially disadvantaged students studying in Bulgarian universities and schools
- that foster the integration of ethnic minorities into mainstream schools.
 The Scholarship Program
This is a project in partnership with Bulgarian Charities Aid Foundation (BCAF) and the Orphan Foundation.
The Scholarship Program started in October 2006 and provides financial support, to bright socially disadvantaged students, priority being given to total orphans. In 2007-2008, 60 university students and 14 high school students are benefiting from the program. University students receive 1000 BGN for a university year, and high school students 800 BGN.
The fundraising campaign was successful thanks to the generosity of BNP PARIBAS, BCAF, Euro Football, Globul, Intracom, Schneider Electric, the State Lottery, Net Info, Microsoft, and individual donors. The IWC contributed also financially to the program.
The continuation of the Scholarship Program will depend on the grades of the students and of course on the success of the next fundraising campaign.

 Otec Paisy School
The school is located in Dolno Kamartsy, 45 km from Sofia. It is a primary and middle school for 3 villages with 60 children from poor social background. The school successfully integrates children of migrants Roma families.
The IWC funds the after school catch- up lessons program.

Vassil Levsky Boarding School
The school is located in the village of Vidrare and has 70 children between age 6 and 16. The school is successful in integrating Roma children and disabled children.
The IWC donated new school desks and mattresses as well as clothes and shoes.
