"The Charity Foundation of the International Women's Club of Sofia aims to assist Bulgarian groups and institutions to more effectively meet the needs of the most marginalized populations in the country, especially, but not exclusively, women, the elderly, children living in orphanages and homes for the mentally and physically disabled, and ethnic minorities. The Charity Foundation offers this assistance by funding projects that contribute to longer term impact through educational, health and training programs, in addition to providing emergency level assistance to those target populations."
